The staff and the doctor are very friendly, as much as possible to answer the parents' questions.
I highly recommend Dr Julie and her team. We are greeted with warm smiles and the facility is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and kind. They answer my questions so I understand what they are doing and why. They show respect for and are courteous toward me and my mom. I watch a movie while I wait and while my teeth are cleaned. I am given a new toothbrush with toothpaste and floss at each visit. I am comfortable going back by myself while my mom waits for me in the lobby. Thank you Dr Julie! See you next time.
My son has went there since his first visit & loves it. The staff is always so nice and helpful with little ones. It is such a fun, relaxed environment. I wish they treated adults :)

My 5 y.o. daughter was very pleased yesterday with her treatment and was very glad that you let her mommy go back with her. I feel that she is more relaxed and willing to do things for the hygienist and dentist if mommy is near by. I like that she can be more at ease and not worry when it's such an unsure thing to be in a dentist chair (especially for a little one), so I hope you continue to allow me to go back with my daughter. Thank you!!!
We were attended promptly upon arriving. The staff was very attentive and caring; they were very good at explaining services and educating my children on healthy habits. We LOVE Steinmetz Pediatric Dentistry!!
