Maintenance enters without notice or permission for non-emergency issues, leaves a mess in the apartment, damages your belongings. A security camera is now in use to discourage this behavior. No respect for their tenants.
Just looking for apartments and their website allowed you supposedly to schedule appointments. After one week of trying to schedule appointments I never got a phone call back so I called and they told me that oh yes you cannot schedule online they were unprofessional and rude about the fact that I called several Times to try and schedule an appointment. They were not only rude, but the *** finally emailed me because of my multiple attempts and said that they would not consider me. Its OK were all adults, but be professional ... read more
RecommendedWe moved in July of 2020 and they have were very helpful with everything when it was hard finding a place to move. They make everything we need easily accessible and feel that the cost is fair.

Staff members are mean, rent is increased every year even to long time tenets and they charge for parking.

I've been a tenant here for over 10.5 yrs and while that shows how courteous and interested they are in our wellbeing making us happy to continue living here (and being dog friendly is a major plus)my previous experiences have found their selection of maintenance people is key. Tom is in charge of maintenance in all locations with a local team under him - because he can't be in multiple places at the same time.
