They suck . Have alot of attitude .
Not happy at all with Steinberg. You guys are a joke with your billing system. You just get my insurance payments all settled in December, I make a payment in Jan and then get a letter about collections. Really? I made another payment for Feb with the hopes of splitting my balance between equal manageable payments until paid off. But you guys make me pay more today and the remainder you will automatically debit my account in 30 days. Thanks a bunch for the help after my surgery. Ok really? Called and asked to be transferred to your Sunset office Re: moving up my appt for a sick child. Here I still sit, even tho they made me rush to get here for a 2pm table time, which I am sure I missed. The lady at the desk could really care less. Hope the staff in back is better and I can make my daughters appt. if they couldn't move it then why did they tell me they could? Nervous and frustrated!
