I talked to the person at the desk whom told me to sign in and have a seat, within a minute I was called back to the desk where the same person typed on the computer and asked for my id and insurance card, then said have a seat until you are called to get checked in, such poor customer service and a waste of time

I got a referral from the VA. I have called the office 5 times since Friday and I still do not have an appointment. Beginning to wonder if I would be better off waiting for the VA to have an opening.
