There is a man by the name Joseph, very rude ! I called on a Monday & my call was returned late tuesday afternoon, he was RUDE I could'nt believe it, very unprofessional, I think this man needs to RETIRE he has NO buisness renting or selling homes, I was so upset I just hung up on him, I asked him a simple question and he flipped out !!! He's is too OLD to be doing this !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ?!?! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR IT THERE YOU WONT GET IT !!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. – Stay away from Steinbeck realty and property unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. I signed a 1 1/2 year lease to rent a house through agent Joseph Hernandez of Steinbeck Realty. A few months after signing this lease, we started getting delinquent mortgage notices in the mail and on our door from the bank that the owner was delinquent in their mortgage.
