This place is amazing. The service is great!!! Right away as soon as you parked your car, you are warmly and immediately greeted and helped by their valet attendant. The warm welcome continues all the way inside this magnificent place. Our lunch was delicious and the service was 5 star. He even packed my left over complete with bottled condiments and would look like when taken out from their hotel signatured bag, it would look like it was still on their table. Their attention to detail needs some serious work. Our AC in our room was broken, the pool under construction, but no one bothered to tell us that while we were booking the reservation. They gave us a 20% discount coupon to use at the spa to make up for the late check in, but when we tried to use it at the spa they told us it wasn’t valid on the weekends. We checked our bags at the desk while we went to the spa and they said they would put them in the car for us, when we had the car pulled around later, our bags weren’t in t... read more
