If I could give 10 stars to this doctor and the office staff I absolutely would. My wife Had an intense procedure done by Dr. Stein. From the moment we walked in the staff and the doctor treated her with love and made her feel comfortable the doctor made sure she was comfortable and not in pain. Did the procedure with minimal discomfort and her recovery has been fast. He even called to make sure she was ok after. Will recommend to everyone we know.
Dr Stein is a great doctor and I'm greatful for my implant :)
Awful !! I was scolding by the same woman that I spoke with on the phone that gave me an extremely hard time about a later appointment. This was made a month prior . She told me to come earlier and I tried and the traffic was terrible. I was told they don’t take my insurance when this was all already confirmed. Then scolded again for being late !!! Even though my appointment has been 3 pm for the past month. I’m shaking and want to leave. Disgusting treatment for a new patient too
If I could, I’d give this office 10 stars. I was in severe pain and when I called the lovely receptionist was kind and able to schedule me the very next day. Everyone in the office are amazing, helpful and super nice. Doctor Michael Stein came into the room with a warm welcoming voice (couldn’t see his face with the mask on) but he made me feel the most comfortable I think I ever felt by a doctor. Thank you Dr. Stein! I had a crown lengthening procedure and a dental implant procedure. Both times were flawless and painless. My family also gets treated here and we love the staff and ease of scheduling.
