Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
