No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. I only write reviews when I'm impressed...and I'm impressed. On my first visit to Dr. Steil, I had to fill out the usual paperwork, you know -- what medications I take, surgical history... the questions you spend 20 minutes answering and then answer again for the Dr. that didn't read it. NOT THE CASE HERE! Dr. Steil read from printed notes on info I had just written down just minutes before. The whole place and experience just felt above professional. I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No
