Very knowledgeable staff that listens to you before showing you their products. Great experience from shopping to delivery. It all started with a service call (broken wall oven) and we have been treated wonderfully by everyone we have met from Steifle's. Great service! The staff are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and so willing to help, and they don't pressure. It's not about selling you the most expensive item on the show floor. They genuinely care about helping you get what you need. Quick delivery (they were very courteous as well). It's definitely worth buying local to receive this kind of service! We will continue to support this business.
My wife and I have purchased a dish washer, refrigerator, washer, dryer, range and microwave from Steifle's Appliance. Wonderful shopping experience, friendly, knowledgeable folks, great selection and even better prices.

Have nothing but great things to say about this business. Mr. Thompson helped us with our recent purchase. He was very informative without any pressure. We are replacing a washer/dryer set we purchased from them 12 years ago. They are still operating great. We just decided to replace them with more efficient models.
