JUST THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! David their appliance repair man is just amazing. He repaired my old $12,000.00 stove for next to nothing by repairing the circuit board itself. Most tech's these days are just glorified board changers. David is an absolute genius and the staff at Steifle's are top notch! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
We are so thankful for this store and their amazing staff. We have had terrible luck trying to find a refrigerator and they were so kind to us. I never had to leave my car when I purchased and I was so thankful they also had a stove for us too! We were really blessed after having a horrible experience with Lowes! We highly recommend!
We needed a new gas top stove this past December 2019 and it had to be stainless to match other appliances. I went on line and found a Kitchen Aid SS gas top stove and oven at Best Buy. Sarah has always been so nice and generous to support our FCA golf tournament and I needed some more ice maker cleaner so I went by to see her. My son in-law drove down from NC to work on my dryer. He left his cell phone on the counter. The store was closing as he left. He called the police dept. They contacted Steifle's. Sarah returned my son-in-law's call. She was already at home with her family but offered to come back and open the store for him. We really appreciate Sarah going out of her way to help. A lot of places would have made him wait til the store was open the next day which would have meant he would have had to stay overnight. Thank You Sarah
