We went in to get a burger since we have heard from so many people that the burgers were amazing. Well, after waiting 45 minutes for 4 burgers the buns were so much bigger than the meat ! The child's burger was the same size as our adult burgers! When asked if it was a joke the manager explained that the only difference between a kids burger and the Angus burger was that the kids didn't have any condiments. We will never go back, so disappointing.
The fried green tomatoes were the greatest we have ever had!! Steffens stays packed, but the waiters still get you what you need in a timely manner. To top it all off, they do military discounts and we were blown away by our bill! We bought so much food, and paid so little for an AMAZING dinner and experience. Definitely our new favorite restaurant!
OMG! Love this place, especially breakfast! Wainwright's Sausage is enough to keep you coming back! Can't wait to try liver and onions, and other goodies. The staff is awesome, attentive, and in a very friendly atmosphere! Don't miss the opportunity to visit Steffens, you won't regret it!
