We had a Great Experience.. My husband had the Catfish fillet & he said it was the Best tasting Catfish he has ever put in his mouth, the onion rings was lite & flavorful, the coleslaw was fresh & perfect.. I thoroughly enjoyed the Liver n Onions & fresh fried mushrooms.. If you want homemade fresh delicious food, Steffens is your place.. We will continue to visit y'all @ Steffens

Found this little gem by accident. I always try to find good old fashioned places off the beaten path while I'm traveling and this place did not disappoint. Waitress was excellent. Food was outstanding. It's been 7 hours since I ate there and I am STILL full...huge amount of home cooked yummy for the $

I go here every time I visit my mom in Kingsland. Simply the best home cooking you can find anywhere! I love the place so much I bought two t-shirts from a local store to take back to Phoenix! Love the Wainright sausage!

We went in to get a burger since we have heard from so many people that the burgers were amazing. Well, after waiting 45 minutes for 4 burgers the buns were so much bigger than the meat ! The child's burger was the same size as our adult burgers! When asked if it was a joke the manager explained that the only difference between a kids burger and the Angus burger was that the kids didn't have any condiments. We will never go back, so disappointing.
