I recently tried this restaurant after living here for about 15 years. It's one of my favorite restaurants now. The dining room is usually full so we get our order Togo. The shrimp, burgers, breakfast, and everything we've tried so far has been delicious!
Excellent food and amazing service! Omelets for breakfast are incredible and the local fried shrimp - there are no words for how good they are! Great place!

Lived here since my 9th grade year of high school, and going on my third year of college it's my first time ever eating Steffens this summer! One of my favorite places to eat now!
Great place to eat! Food is served hot and very tasty. Atmosphere is pleasant with friendly service. I love to dine there, but I think they have outgrown their location. It would be great to expand or consider relocating. Great food, great prices!

They have the best southern cooking I have ever had. Just went there for breakfast yesterday and we have French toast with Strawberries and Peaches. Of course had to have a little side order of those little biscuits, little pillows of heaven. My favorite dinner is the fried catfish, however the menu is huge and everyone can find a something good. Five Stars and no tourists!
