Very understanding and concerned about my well being
He's very patient while trying room figure out the right dosage of medication and is very in tune to how the patient is doing.
I have seen several psychiatrists over the years and Dr. Stefanik has by far been the most helpful. He takes time to listen at every session and it doesn't feel like simply routine medication management. He is also genuine, explains his recommendations in great detail, and doesn't push medications or "tell" you what is best. After two years, I can honestly say Dr. Stefanik has played a big role in getting my life back on track.
He has been able to help me through moderate depression and help through life transitions. Absolutely helpful and realistic with prognosis and diagnosis. I would recommend for sure!
Dr. Stefanik is an amazing doctor, he always listens to what you have to say, and will always answer any questions. He has really helped me a lot, absolutely the best psychiatrist I've seen.

Dr Stefanik provides amazing support with issues of depression and anxiety. His knowledge base is huge, he is constantly keeping himself current with new treatments. His availability has been fantastic, he has always responded to urgent questions/emails or calls within hours. He has even done follow up calls on weekends. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats the whole person, and does not immediately jump to push medications. He listens and answers questions and takes time to understand.
I would recommend that other individuals see Dr. Stefanik. He asks reasonable questions and takes time to listen to his patient. I feel he makes good choices in medications and medication management. He takes time at each appointment and seems to truly care about overall wellbeing. Sometimes he writes quickly and his handwriting can be slightly messy.
A very nice Doctor. Definitely listens and allows you to talk and get things off your chest.
