It was a nightmare we had this appointment made five weeks ago. When we arrived we found out the referral had not been sent but yet they had insurance approval. The patient was a five year old child( just turned five). We were told we had to pay for an expensive X-ray, but yet after talking to two other oral surgeons found out the X-ray wasn't needed.
