It was a nightmare we had this appointment made five weeks ago. When we arrived we found out the referral had not been sent but yet they had insurance approval. The patient was a five year old child( just turned five). We were told we had to pay for an expensive X-ray, but yet after talking to two other oral surgeons found out the X-ray wasn't needed. Doctor and staff are so welcoming and friendly. They take the time to explain everything and make you comfortable.
The Dr and staff were very professional and made the surgery stress free.
