Very rude! This place is a surgery mill, get em in and out! My daughter woke up in pain and it was an inconvenience for them to help her. Never spoke with the dr after my daughters surgery, no post op conversation just a piece of paper. I had to call to find out how long she should be out of school.

Every patient is treated as an individual. Some have high pain thresholds; others low. Any pt in pain is treated by available staff to solve the problem ASAP. We would like to extend our apologies if at ANY time we are perceived to be insensitive to a patient request or condition. This is never our intention. Still, we will revisit this guiding principle with our staff.
