Absoulte hell to do business with. I'm forced to take them to court over them wanting to award my former roomate for leaving the lease 8 months early! If I left and broke the lease there would be no returned security deposit! Now I have a rubber check written to both he and I just so that they can keep their money a little longer and waste my time doing the right thing in court!
