The floors are insanely cheap. If you live above someone, they can hear you walking, your TV, everything. The resident relations manager, Steven King is incredibly disrespectful when handling noise complaints and will disrespect you straight to your face, walk away from you and slam his door in your face. Got a noise complaint against us today for an event at 6:40am involving a pound banging subwoofer. Only issue is I was at work my fiancé was sleeping and the subwoofer in question has been unplugged for months. So how exactly does an unplugged subwoofer in an apartment where one person is sleeping and the other isn’t even in make noise? Just moved in to a bigger unit after 3 years in this complex. More problems with the new unit in the first week than the three previous years. Aside from multiple lease issues that took weeks to resolve, our new unit has a broken lock on the storage closet, no lights for the first four days, no AC for five days, a broken & detached screen door, a dishwasher that broke, melted the interior and ruined some of our stuff during the first use, a constantly dripping HVAC closet, and two windows that leaked during a storm. All you will get is headaches and disappointment. I uploaded photo of their last letter that explains their level of customer service. As their customer i feel like i am their last concern. Very dissatisfying experience. Highly NOT recommended.
We have been residents here for the last 5 years and would absolutely recommend moving into this apartment complex! The new property manager Rhonda is so sweet and a complete upgrade over the previous manager who ran the property. was fine until i decided to move closer to work then they turned rude and then tried to charge full months rent in our last month, i have paperwork showing half months rent is all i owed. so of course i wait till they fix their system so i can pay because we always paid online. they then turned around and charged late fees and didnt care that it was their own fault. they can eat the late fees. will never tell anyone to move there ever again.
