I really appreciate the quick response from maintenance and management. I’m a very picky resident and care about the look and safety of where I live. Don has been a great maintenance man and understands this as well. Good job team!!!
I lived here for a year and had a pretty decent experience. My complaints are that the 1236 building did not have enough parking (alas parking lot would flood), walls to outside (especially where the stairs were) were very thin, and you could hear everything going on upstairs. I got used to the noise but people running down the stairs late at night and in the early morning was frustrating. If you're white stay away from here. The place is 90 percent black people and it shows. I've been threatened many times by them and they sell drugs in the parking lot. BEWARE STAY AWAY
