They have roaches. I lived there for a few years with no issues but as soon as I upgraded into a bigger unit. Hell broke. Within the first week of me moving there, I seen a roach. I contacted maintenance immediately because it was after hours and they told me the tenant before me never had roaches. Well neither did I. I wish there was a way to give half of a star. We chose this apartment complex because of the in unit washer and dryer. We were willing to pay the expensive rent for it. The first 5 months of living here, the washer and dryer were broken, and we put in several maintenance requests that took forever to be tended to. We tried going to the management office to ask for help with fixing the washer and dryer quicker and they responded with attitude, basically saying too bad, and they ignored our request for money taken off of rent... read more
