I’ve enjoyed my experience at Steeple Crest Apts. The ladies at the front are extremely nice and helpful, always smiling and professional. The maintenance guy Russ is awesome! He’s quick to resolve any of my issues and concerns and always does it with a smile. Thanks team! Keep up the great work !
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and clean neighborhood. The maintenance crew is on top of their game. If you are looking for a great place to live and somewhere that is located just where you need it to be. Look no further. And feel free drop my name to the the staff when you rent your new place. Parking issues are a big thing and currently they have no plan to fix it
I moved into Steeplecrest in December of 2016. Everyone is quite friendly, however when I moved in I noticed some discoloration over the ceiling in my bathroom. When our first storm hit (January 20-25) it was apparent that this discoloration was due to a bad leak and of course started pouring in our bathroom. I immediately called our night maintenance and they said they would fix it the next day. 5 days passed and I went to pay rent and talked to someone in the office about it. Nothing but good things to say. My apartment, the maintenance crew, the office staff, and amenities are all great. Never had any issues at all. Highly recommended.
