I absolutely loved living there! Very nice and clean. Awesome management!
RecommendedI can’t say anything negative about Steeple Chase. It’s superclean. The pool has music. The unit I was in had a vaulted ceiling and the porch had a scenic view of an open field with downtown Sherman in in the distance. Friendly staff. Friendly neighbors. Parking was never an issue and recycling and trash never over flowed. The maintenance crew does an amazing job keeping the property looking fresh all the time. By far one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in and I’m going to miss it.

I had my baby shower here and it was amazing!! Very spacious and beautiful!! Great pool, play area and theater for the kids! Definitely deserves 5 stars!!
I have been at Steeplechase for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it here. From the Staff to the place its self I would give it a solid 10. You can't beat the prices and they are hands down the nicest apartments around. Definitely would recommend.
Lovely place. Used their community room for my baby shower and the space was very clean and cozy. The staff make you feel right at home.
Staff is always helpful, professional, and friendly. I’ve never had any issues. This property is a great place to live. Maintenance department handles any issues immediately and you know the work is done the right way every time. Great staff�
The is one of the best apartment complexes around I would refer everyone here! Very nice and caring staff, and great service from maintenance that’s always done right the first time! Very beautiful community room and theatre that’s kid friendly! Love this place!!
