I went back and forth on writing this review, when we moved in we were in a 3bed 2bath and it was beautiful, no issues except a few broke cabinets. We transferred last June downstairs to a 2bed and it’s just gone down hill from there they should have not allowed us to movie into this apartment it was not move in ready, electrical outlets are all crooked which isn’t bad but it’s annoying considering how much we pay, cabinets need a new coat of paint, fridge shelves are broken i asked so many times for replacements but nope, i... read more
Pay the contractors who perform work for them. I repaired computers and connected them to a printer in August 2019, Change in Managers and they haven't paid the invoice, not going to make or break me as a company. The Manager that they put in place will not return my calls. She was to check on paying out of petty cash, but she did not follow through. She has no integrity.

I have lived here for almost a year and I simply LOVE ❤️ my Apartment, the Staff and Tiffany and Laci are incredible! I have never been so happy in an Apartment before! I check in to the room friendly staff
The management does not properly address and handle noise complaints. The assistant manager is unable to remain professional when dealing with resident issues, and becomes argumentative and rude.
I absolutely love this place! My apartment is so nice and the management team is amazing! The grounds are always kept neat and clean. It's a pleasure living here!
