I had two pair of glasses repaired however , one pair broke again (nose piece that was suppose to be fixed) within 2 hours and they charged me for the services even though they didn't REPAIR the glasses ! What happen to good ole customer services ....... change the name of this jewelry store from steel jewelry to stole jewelry ! Sucks ! Customer service sucks !
I absolutely adore this place! The level of customer service is unparalleled by any jewelry store I have ever been in. After introducing my parents, they now travel from Jacksonville for all of their jewelry needs! From the selection to the pricing to their craftsmanship, I am just so impressed.
