RecommendedToday was our first time to visit Steel’s and we were so very pleased with the service we received. The sales staff was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to be in. Then, they helped us find the perfect everyday necklace for our daughter’s 19th birthday. Highly recommend!
I don't usually go into Steels Jewelers , I'm not really a big jewelry person . I did have a battery replaced , that was already replaced by them 3 months ago, no questions just we'll check it out make sure it's not your watch, may of just been a bad battery which I believe can happen. Anyways while I was there a kind gentleman took my ring had it cleaned and one of the sweet girls there made my first wish list. Steel’s did a wonderful job of creating a pendant out of my grandmother’s vintage watch. Customer service was impeccable.
Beyond impressed! Back in 2015 Steel's reset the stone in my engagement ring and added a halo of diamonds and sapphires to it. We now live in Texas and 3 weeks ago one of the sapphires fell out. My husband was back in town this week for work and stopped by to have them replace the stone. Everyone was so helpful. They were able to make the repair same day and didn't charge us. Thank you!

Love this store and the employees! Super friendly and they don't make you feel pressured or obligated when browsing. Also, super fast and easy to get in and out quickly if minor repairs or jewelry cleaning is needed.
