Good Doctor! Amazing Woman. Delivered my first 5 years ago and will be delivering my next in September. Shr sits with her patients and actually listens to them when they have concerns. She did Ultrasounds often with my first, I am def hoping for that again.
No way! I would rather deliver my own baby than go see this woman ever again. I rarely saw her, her nurses did my ultrasounds and answered my questions. She gave me an C section with no reasoning. My son was crowning, she had called the team earlier and simply didn't want to look bad. She actually said "were going ahead with the C section since the whole teams here" Then she didn't get me numb and began surgery so I felt everything. Then she over medicated me and I had a seizure. You won't regret using her! She is amazing! Dr. Steelmon is the best doctor I have ever been to. She made the appointments enjoyable and cared about my well being. If I didn't understand something she didn't act put out to be answering my question but pleased that I was asking questions. She did an amazing job on my C-section I healed very well. I will continue to use her for my yearly exams and continue to recommend her to everyone that I know. As for her front staff, they always greeted me with a smile and never were rude.... read more
I don't understand My wife waited 1 1/2 months to get in to see the doctor. She had our 10 year old son with her. The office staff said she would need to leave our son in the car because children were not allowed in the waiting room. Does anyone else think this is absurd? My wife asked for her records and left because the doctor wouldn't see her. She will be finding a new doctor that is more accessible and has a friendlier staff that is more family friendly.
