They deserve a five star rating, but because JR fired me when I was a 20 year-old, I guess I’m bitter.
Fastest turnaround time on anchor bolts in DFW. Was able to manufacture custom anchors same day when my previous supplier dropped the ball and i had concrete being poured. Sales staff and warehouse were great!
Had the bolts I was looking for in stock, pallet was well wrapped and labeled. I showed up while warehouse was at lunch, but instead of having me come back later the sales rep went out and loaded it for me. Will be back in the future!
This guy is unrespectable and they doesn’t care about the customer what they say
