We called to inquire about booking a doctor’s appointment, and she put us on hold without any explanation. I had a very disappointing experience with the front receptionist, Cathy. I missed my annual body check-up, and instead of offering any assistance or guidance, she repeatedly stated that it was my problem and showed no willingness to help. When I asked about alternative options, she was impatient and unhelpful, stating that she had no responsibility to assist further.
