To begin with, I have a daughter who is terrified of dentists. There was never any pressure on her or a feeling of "we don't have enough time for this" when she struggled, which is huge for parents with terrified kids. Secondly, when I had a major problem, instead of telling me to wait, Dr. Steele immediately reached out. Over holiday weekend. Giving me a personal number for me to contact her to resolve our issues. My son is nine a had a bad experience at another dentist a couple years ago. This is the first dentist he was able to come to since then that he let them do work without having a meltdown. The entire staff was wonderful and friendly. I look forward to bringing my son back to them!
Every part of the experience was wonderful!! So patient and kind!!
The staff is absolutely wonderful with the children. They were able to take my scared 6 year old who would not get her dental work done to someone who now likes the dentist and is not afraid at all. Both girls now love going to the dentist. Wonderful dentist and great staff.
Top notch service. My boys really enjoyed their first visit.
Very Friendly and nice staff with the parents and especially the children.
