I booked a Saturday morning appointment a week in advance specifically to have my brakes serviced. When I arrived, I was told they could only perform a diagnosis because their parts department was closed due to someone calling in sick. I understand that these things can happen. What was disappointing, however, was being told that I had only booked a diagnostic appointment — which is not accurate. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Mazda service center. First, I paid for an initial inspection. They found a few issues, and those were fixed. A few days later, when I went to another shop for an oil change, I was told the car wouldn’t start and that the starter motor was likely failing. I immediately went to this Mazda service center for a proper diagnosis. They told me the starter motor was “fine” and even suggested the problem might be caused by a floor mat. Really felt a bad experience from the sales department on call . As a Customer you need to explain or convince a person who is going or planing to buy a car don't try to make them feels bad.
