I have done service here 2 time both time was worst experience, at the 1st service I told them to inspect my tyre because air was leaking but they just filled up the air and 2nd time I have oil inspection they done that but forgot to add up the oil , how ridiculous it is .
Gurwinder was great to deal with, I ultimately didn't buy a car from Mazda, but he was fantastic to work with.
One of the best places to get service done on my vehicle. I was taking my Mazda3 in for a while and the service team were always clear and understanding with me. Even after I upgraded to a newer car (that isn’t even a Mazda!) I continued to go to this dealership for service (because they were close by to me) and they were still very kind and helpful despite me not bringing in a Mazda. Would definitely consider switching back to a Mazda when I’m out of this current vehicle I’m in. The whole team are friendly!!
