Disappointed with Mazda CX-50 Brake Issues and Poor Warranty Support I’m very disappointed in both Mazda and the Dartmouth dealership. After only 22,000 km, the brake pads on my 2023 CX-50 had to be replaced — far below the expected lifespan of 50,000–70,000 km. Booked online to have my Mazda looked at for a suspected oil leak. They responded in a timely manner and confirmed my appointment. I dealt with Dennis who was great and easy to deal with. Technician went over the vehicle and didn't find an issue luckily, and I wasn't charged for the inspection. Definitely impressed and happy with the shop.

I purchased a CX - 50 about 10 months ago and recently encountered an unusual crack in the top front windshield, without apparent route cause. (no evidence of blunt force).
