Always honest workers- never had problem coming here ,gone other places that give you the run around and come back out with list of work needs to be done

Being new to the area and without my tools or access to my normal means of repairing my truck I found Steel Creek. I was in a financial position that was less than stable to say the least. The staff and mechanics were extremely helpful, empathetic and kind to me. I was able to get my truck fixed and will now continue to bring it there for regular service and any other needs

The BEST customer service around...got me in quickly for an oil change/tire rotation on my SL550. They were very thorough checking out everything once the undercarriage was removed thus allowing me to breathe a sigh of relief on several accounts--firstly, that my car was in good hands, secondly, that it would receive a clean "bill of health" and lastly, that the bill was a fraction of what a Mercedes dealer would have charged. I would recommend Steele Creek Tire in a heartbeat! Thanks guys
These folks are the best! They're fair and honest. I've stopped going to the dealership and use them for both my daughter's car and mine. I can't say enough good things.
I received excellent service here. It was everything I wanted. I had new brake pads put on at a very reasonable rate. The mechanic was very professional and took time to show me the different caution lights, what they mean and what to do when I see them. The staff is very personable the minute you walk in. They do treat you like family! Thank you Steel Creek Tire & Service Center!
