DO not use this company. Barbara Steele has been causing veterans delays in closings for years. She doesn't deserve even one star. I'm requesting that Congress remove her as a VA appraiser. I'm 100 percent total and permanently disabled but this idiot doesn't care. She has put my family in a financial bind. I won't stop until she's off the VA appraiser list. I hope she burns in hell for her incompetence.

THE WORST VA APPRAISER EVER!!! Barbra Steele is incompetent and horrible to do business with! I have never dealt with someone like this before in my professional life. She caused major delays due to irresponsibility and unresponsiveness.
Incompetent, Untrustworthy, Lazy. Barbara Steele has caused me costly delays for not handing in her appraisal to the lenders. It's been 3 weeks so far and she has not followed through with her simple responsibilities. She has displaced me ,the seller, and the buyer of the home.
