RecommendedI recently took my sweet boy Cricket to Dr April Steele at Tugaloo Animal Hospital. April and her team were wonderful! Cricket is a 3lb long haired chihuahua. Dr Steele practices a no fear method of veterinary medicine and spent time getting to know my baby. Cricket made new friends and we are happy to pass along to everyone their wonderful services. Thanks to Dr Steele and her staff!!
Dr. Steele and everyone there loves and cares for all animals big and small, I take all my furbabies here and as long as these doors are open my babies will never go anywhere else!
We had an appointment set up for a month and without notice they were closed the day after Thanksgiving. Nothing on their door, website or Facebook page notifying anyone that they would be closed. I understand closing the day after Thanksgiving but how about some kind of heads up! I called and left a message and never received a returned call. We were always planning on going somewhere else anyway so this just helped us make our decision faster.
I have been going to Dr. Steele for 12 years and she has always been great with my Chopper. I had to first being him in for an emergency bc he had a small seizure and I've never left. She is all about my baby and if I'm doing something I shouldn't be she will discuss it with me so that I understand what and why I need to make the changes in my doings. Took my dog here because he got hit by a car. Only injurie was a broken leg. I came in there at 12 and wasnt seen untill 1 1:30 my dog set out in the hot sun for an hour. His eyes were irritated from allergies i told her i had been giving him dog benadryl and was called a liar in front of everyone. She said there was no such thing. Im at tractor supply now and they sale dog benadryl. On top of all that she was rude to me and her helpers. Will not be back!
