RecommendedDan had contacted me about installing two parking pads at two of his properties. Steel Town properties was great to work with. We took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted to do. In the process we had to change course. We worked together to get the job done. Very easy to work for. I also got the opportunity to see some of the properties. If you are in need of beautiful we’ll maintained apartments give them a call. Highly recommended.

The only positive I can say is they gave us our deposit back at the end of the 4 month nightmare we experienced with them during the pandemic.
I am a real estate agent and I had clients who bought a house from Steel Town Properties. The seller who is also a real estate agent was very responsive during the buying process and also post inspection correcting some things that were found to need attention. He went the extra mile after the sale as well. I hope I have clients that are interested in his projects in the future.

I really like the upscale finishes and when we ran into small issues, they were there to correct them quickly. I highly recommend them!
