Unfortunately, I cannot remember the man's name that did my belly button piercing. However, he did an incredible job! Yes it definitely hurt, but it depends on how thick your skin is on your belly. He prepared me for the needle stick and after it was over, it was DEFINITELY worth it. I'd refer them to anyone wanting a piercing. The tattooing I am unsure of ONLY because I haven't gotten one yet. Biggins is an amazing artist. He is very energetic and very personable. Everyone at the shop is extremely nice and all of the work they do looks great. I personally had Biggins as an artist and I will recommend him to any of my friends that ask where they should go for a tattoo in Indy. Top notch service!

everyone is allowed their opinion but when you do it and don't rightly know what your talking about then the review is bunk. Steel Rod only uses professional Machines not a gun. so please do not pay attention to this review it was obviously written by someone who is not well versed in the tattoo lifestyle. If your looking for some serious and awsome work check out the guys at Steel Rod I would stand behind them no matter what.

Great place – So I had went to another shop to get my nipples done and this dude jacked up. I was so sad and then a friend of mine told me about steel rod. She told me to go up there and talk to a guy named josh, that he could fix that other guy mistake. He did and he was really nice. He even asked for ID, the other shop did not. Needless to say I will be going to steel rod from now on.

There piercer is amazing!!!! He has so much crazy tings I only saw on T V,or online. If I can get some guts to get implaints, I know where I would go. So go to STEEL ROD TATTOO an see JOSH.

Biggins is the greatest color bomb artist ever. His tattooing capabilities are untouchable. He is fun, entertaining, and laid back kind of guy. He makes you want to come back over and over again. I will definetly be a returning customer. Also Sketch is a great artist and is really cool.

So i was refered to Biggins from a female that i work with. I told her that I wanted some letters on me but I wanted them to be original, not like others i have seen before... He did some work on her that was totally cold!!!!! I liked the detail that he did, it looked really professionsal. I went in there yesterday and told him what i wanted, not only was he a cool guy.... I have 8 tattoos,2 were done by artistic skin design,and one at a tat party,the 5 remaining ones were done by Jason,i have all my kids and my baby boo, and mom and pops,all done by Jason,everyone who sees them loves his work, this is the best place to get tattooed,i will be going back pretty soon! I got my nose pierced here. they were so nice and i felt cofortible. they explained EVRYTHING to me and answered all my questions. I will and am goind back for my eyebraw and belly button ring. I will also be goin back for a tattoo.
