Over the last decade we have had numerous celebrations at Steel. I reserved the wine room this weekend for a birthday celebration, there were 11 of us. I have never had such slow service. It was 15 minutes before we saw our server initially and it was 30 minutes before we had drinks. Appetizers came out after entrees, some orders were left off. I had items on my tab that no one in our party odered. The entire experience lasted over 3 hours, ridiculous. Never again, Steel failed me last night.
RecommendedIt was so good I really recommend the crab shops that was so different and so fabulous. The waitress and the rest of the staff was great had a wonderful time very clean very friendly I felt very Covid safe I think they took all measures to make sure that all the clientele is taken care of and a superb atmosphere
First time dining here and the food was fabulous! There were five of us and we tried multiple items… Everything we had I would have again. Steel will be on the list every time I come to Dallas from now on

Great way to start dinner with this appetizer !! Oh and they gave me a reusable / washable mask.. this place is always thinking of its customers !!👍😃
