I absolutely love this store. Everyone is soo helpful.if I don't know what yr doing. I was getting an ecig off of ebay. They told me about one that is easy to fill etc... Even tho I wasn't puchasing from them. SERVICE is excellent!!!

It's a great store with owners and staff who truly care about their customers. The exchange policy is as fair as can be. They check ids also, I've seen it firsthand. I have nothing but great things to say! Love the whole atmosphere.
This place is outstanding! I’ve been using a vapor cig for quite some time I’ve have frequented many stores and this one is a gem. Great service, very attentive and knowledgeable staff, high quality products and a pleasant atmosphere. The only thing you have to BEWARE of here are unscrupulous , slanderous competitors and miserable customers..
I have had trouble there too. They sold me two bad batteries. They said that their E juice is a 50/50 blend & after dealing with their supplier their blend is not 50/50. I found it to be a nice place to shop at first, then not so nice. On January 20th, 2014 I watched them sell tanks & E juice to a 14 year old boy & a boy about 12 bought some E juice as well. BUYER BEWARE
They do let under age kids buy merchandise They don't back what they sell Poor location I had a hard time finding the store
This company is not honorable with support nor product knowledge. They sell you merchandise that some of it have been used or worn from testing. They also mislead you about chemicals in there E-juice's. Steel City Vapors also sells to minors, I have seen this first hand along with many other of their customers. On a positive note, they do have a large assortment of flavors to try.
This place is great! I stopped into their retail store today in search of a new tank, and got the Kanga Mini Protank-II. The woman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I'm very happy so far with the new tank. While I was there I sampled a number of different liquid flavors, and found a few that I really liked. Being able to go into a retail store and sample before buying is a far better experience than I've had buying online.
