The best experience possible! I was overheated from having so much hair. I also was out of town and nervous about seeing a stranger for my hair thinning. I felt so comfortable with Kris and her knowledge, that I jumped for a cut. She understood not to take off too much because my curl would make it much shorter than I wanted... She got it perfect. Everything was perfect. I just wish I lived closer so she could be my regular hair magician. What she did was magic and my week was so much better after sitting in her chair.
