Matt was fantastic to work with. The crew was professional and the roof looks great! This is the 4th roof I've had done by Steck Roofing and they all have been a great experience.
We have been having trouble with our roof for more than 1 year. I had patched it myself using black roof cement. It slowed the leaks, but did not totally fix it. Part of the roof was incorrectly repaired in 2001 by the prior home owner's contractor. We found Matt Stecz to be personable, professional, and fair in his estimate. His estimate was done in early April 2017 and he stated he would get to us soon, since we had some leaks that had damaged a bedroom ceiling. We had a completely new roof due to hail damage back in May. Were so pleased with Steck Roofing. Matt came by and gave me a fair price and said he would start my roof as soon as the weather was good. Three weeks later (when the weather broke) the supplies came and the next day the trash truck was delivered. One of his workers stopped by on Saturady and say they would start on Monday. I signed a contract with Matt at Steck Roofing on 3/9/2016 to have a new roof put on my house. I received a signed contract with the amount, garrantee on labor and a 30-35 year warranty on materials. Over the course of 4 months, I had to follow-up multiple times for a start day for this project. I received multiple excuses (weather, injuries, etc.) each time I spoke with Matt.
