I've been calling since Wednesday, today is Friday. I keep getting an AI answering system. Told me I had an appointment but at end of call daid there was a problem. Ive called4xs and left a message with said AI system for a call back. Still no call back.
Steampro Carpet are the best business I came across. The owner was right on time and got the job done less than an 1hr . My carpet are back to life and the price was VERY REASONABLE. I DONT GO TO NO OTHER CARPET CLEANING SERVICE. STEAMPRO CARPET & UPHOLSTERY ARE MY #1 CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS TO GO TOO. I have inserted my before and after pics for proof.. I give them 5stars

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Terry and Edward did an awesome job on renewing my carpet and they did it in no time. They keep you informed in real time of their progress as they work and even breakdown their process and give helpful tips. They guarantee that they will not leave until homeowners are fully satisfied with the work done. I did have one area that was uncleanable due to chemicals and they were able to make helpful recommendations to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Steampro and their team.
