Wow! I don’t know if I’m happier that my vents, coils blower motor are fantastically clean now or just beyond pleased at what professionals Jennifer and Joe where. They kept me informed the whole way and worked hard all day. Fantastic company and people!
I would like to thank Jennifer Shelton and her crew for the GREAT and professional job they did in cleaning the ductwork in our home. Steamatic provided a free estimate and when Jennifer showed up she made sure everything perfectly! Our home in Pleasant Valley was built in 1976 and the vents had never been cleaned!! Two days ago Jennifer and Joma spent most of the day cleaning our home's duct-work and furnace, and installing a UV light air purifier in our central air system. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, courteous, and helpful to us in explaining what they were doing in each step of the operation. I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. At 40+ weeks pregnant, they have been wonderful about being willing to reschedule anything if needed. They have gone above and beyond their jobs multiple times this week, including climbing down our steep basement stairs to get my shoes that my toddler had thrown so I wouldn't have to. My entire house looks and feels so clean, and everyone has been so friendly.

I have used Steamatic for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. I must say though, Mike is amazing!
