Richard cleaned my couch today. My couch looks brand new.
Items were stolen from my father's house. I stopped by the house to pick up some things and caught one of his workers there with her boyfriend smoking pot. Steamatic took money and didn't complete the job. Richard (the owner) even admitted to me on the phone that he took it. He said he would return it but that was 2 months ago. They didn't remove a wall that had water behind it (insurance told him to remove the wall) and now my Father who is 70 and a Vietnam Veteran is living in a house FULL of mold!! Rene and John cleaned my dryer vents yesterday. Both were very professional, knowledgeable about their job, explained what they would be doing and completed the work even showing g me a pic of the backup lint in vent. Josh came out this morning. First he texted that he was on his way and then arrived right at our scheduled time. Super courteous and friendly. Handled the business side very professionally and explained everything very well. We had SEVERAL pet stains and he worked his magic! The carpet looks and smells great. So happy with my experience, but I didn’t expect anything different...the Morse/Poole family run a great business and you can always count on Misty.
