Having an issue with my unit I bought it last year at the big e and I am just moving into my house now and setting it up I can't get it to work and have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks

2 glass panels just exploded on me on two different occasions. Once while taking a shower which was extremely hazardous. And another time was in the middle of the night. I've called this company numerous times and they will not call me back! I have a nice shower with 2 cardboard panels. Customer service is horrible! And I just got this shower installed about a year ago. Take care of your customers!!!
