This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. We ordered 2 showers in April of 2015. I have contacted Ken & Josh (the manager) requesting certification that the glass is in fact tempered glass so we could pass inspections on the house and still over a year later we have yet to receive any calls back, returned emails or certification of this product. Every time I call they say he is not in, when I ask for the manager they say they will call back. This is ridiculous. I am giving you a warning- DO NOT USE THIS COMP... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought two Ariel steam showers and installed them only to find out they are not to code. Our building inspector is making us remove them and replace them with something else. Steamshowers Inc. has done nothing but hang up on us.

I ordered an Ariel SS-9090K Steam Shower two months ago. I've had a master electrician and his entire team trying to get it to work. They called tech support several times to no avail. We requested that the company send a tech out but apparently they have no one in the Denver area. So, I'm stuck with a useless shower that doesn't work whatsoever.
