Juan did an outstanding job of cleaning two old carpets that we decided to keep the carpet instead of trashing it! Way to Go Juan!

I called and was able to get my carpets cleaned right away. Juan Giddeons did a fantastic job, he really went the extra mile explaining everything and making sure I was able to get what I wanted for the best price. My carpets had not been cleaned in 4 years , they look like new .

Chris was awesome and extremely helpful. He was intricately thorough, including moving my furniture around to get to every corner. Gave me some suggestions from the beginning and worked with me on price when originally I found the service too expensive (Had my carpet and upholstery steamed. I waived the extra odor service). 10/10, would work with you guys again! :)
Domingo came to our house and cleaned our sectional. He spent extra time cleaning our sofa and did a really good job. He was very nice and professional.
Juan Giddeons did such an amazing job. I would recommend Steam master Cleaning to any of my friends or family in San Antonio. Juan got out spots on my carpet that I thought could never be removed.
Domingo came to clean an area rug for me today. He is very personable and professional. He suggested cleaning the rug outdoors and even stayed after a few minutes while the fans dried it a little more before he carries it back inside. I am very satisfied with his service today and I will be using Steam Masters in the future!
