Did a great job coming. General quote was high but worked with us for our budget. Chris was great at helping us find the best clean. He did a great job. Carpet is spotless and smell neutralized. Overall will be a repeat customer and reccomend to friends and family. Only 4 stars because the price ranges weren't explain prior before he started quoting but he did a great job!

When calling for their services the price they quoted me on the phone was not the amount the technician was asking for, the receptionist that scheduled me failed to mention the fee for coming out to my house. Of course they try to get you to purchase more services including speed dry treatment which I paid, although I did not pay for the pet odor treatment I paid $10 for speed dry. My carpet and house had a very bad odor after the treatment for up to two days and it took over 24 hrs for my carpet to dry not the 8hrs they sai... read more
