I rely on Stealth Belts every day. In the past couple years, there was a loss at the company and before earlier in 2025 things were unmanagable, as I understand it. They have gotten back to 5-stars in my opinion and for the other low ratings, I feel they should be given another chance after restructuring. Just my 2 cents.
They have disappeared on customers that rely on them. Won't respond back and cant get a person on the phone. Update 2.17.25 - someone in email got back to me but what they say in measurements make no sense, and will not give me a phone call or number. I was going to order two belts but this is very shady now. Also notice they are a .org now?
Ordered in Sept 2024 and still haven't received the 2 belts I ordered and its now Nov 2024. There is no way to reach anyone that works there. Look at the reviews, company is struggling and now says under new management. I hope they get things turned around but one cannot talk to a live person to get an order status. Buyer Beware.
I’ve ordered from them in the past but they’ve seemingly disappeared. No response to email. Calls. It’s been over a month though their website shows in stock online.
I wish I could give fewer stars. This company SUCKS. Maybe it was good years ago, but it's absolutely garbage now. No communication, ordered a month ago and have received NOTHING. Reversing the charges so they get dinged.
