My daughter wanted to go t o Steak 'n Shake since we don't have one in El Paso, Tx. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger with no grilled onions or garlic mayo. Was taking forever to get our order then someone came over and said they were out of onion rings. I said fries were fine. Then I get my burger with onions. I sent it back and when they brought my burger back, there were no onions but had garlic mayo. Sent it back again then finally brought back ok. Amazing as always need more of them in San Antonio Texas....... :)
We drive from San Antonio to eat here. Don't think they every have the same waiters or waitresses. Food always good and Birthday Cake Shakes are the best in the World.

Horrible service, manager should be fired, do not go here.
Very surprised how fast and good the food is and our waiter sweet and respectful. Good staff is hard to come by ,but y'all have the best .
