We saw an advertisement on the window for a Frosted Flakes shake. We ordered the shake and the server came back to say they do not have any Frosted Flakes. This was the second time we had attempted to order this shake in the past few weeks. The manager came out and said corporate removed the shake 3 months ago and they only have 2 cereal shakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Fruit Loops. Correct the menu. Offer drinks. Prompt service would be nice.
We had to repeat our entire order 5 times in the drive thru. Not sure if the speaker is bad or if the person taking orders just wasn't paying attention. And still after repeating it so many times, we got the wrong shakes. We ordered a frisco melt meal, chicken finger meal, and two shakes. I had coupons for all three, and they wouldn't accept any of them. I ordered a chocolate shake and had a coupon that said "$1 off any classic shake." They wouldn't accept it. Recommendedburgers and fries always great service is awsome.
Turned away at the door at 11:52 pm, over 2 hours earlier than the hours posted on Google. Then told the cook isn't there, so they can't even get me some doggone ice cream. Total BS. Piss poor showing, Steak 'n Shake. Absolutely pathetic.
The food was good but the customer service sucked.
This was my first visit—and my last. The man behind the counter was rude when we walked in the door. Seated at a table surrounded by dirty dishes. Waited a half hour and no one came to our table. We left and went elsewhere for lunch.
Sux .. food was cold send it back 3 times and came bk 3 times cold
went with my siblings to eat befor work we sat and waited for 30mins and nobody came to serve us another table showed up with like 6 people and they all had there menus we walked out because no one asked if we wanted drinks or anything we went back last night around 1 and everything was closed even drive thru even tho there hours say 2am
