I love Steak 'n Shake but it's not very good manners when you have an open kitchen and you're sitting at the bar and have your waitress tell the cooks what your order is and they say "ewwww". That's very rude. It's just a grilled cheese with mayo. Grow up and get some manners.
We liked going to steak and shake when we go to Rome. The last time we were there the waitress spilled cherry Coke on my husband and Me and if she apologized she did it so quietly I never even heard her. She got Coke all over my husbands Alabama shirt my pants were wet with Coke. Then after she spilled Coke all over us the hostess and waitress acted like they got mad at us.
